Big Prairie Pipeline is an Ohio-based welding and pipeline contractor serving the energy, utility, and infrastructure sectors. Our focus is on providing clean, code-compliant welding services with the mobility, manpower, and experience to handle complex jobs in the field. We are also licensed to operate in West Virginia, though we do not currently have a physical shop location in the state.

Josh lives in Big Prairie with his wife Pam. Married since 2015, they have two sons, Wiley and Mason, and a beloved family pet named Bubby. When he’s not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and investing in their growing business.
Josh started J+J Welding in 2016, launching a lifelong dream to own his own company and do what he knows best. In 2020, his brother Jesse—also an experienced welder—joined him, forming a dynamic duo rooted in skill and hard work. A year later, Josh’s wife Pam came on board as a partner, strengthening the family foundation behind the business.
In 2022, Josh and Jesse expanded their vision and founded Big Prairie Pipeline. Together, they bring over 40 years of combined experience to the field, leading with grit, precision, and a deep understanding of the work.
